Why Am I Seeing This Error?

This error occurs when you attempt to submit another leave request for a date that already has an existing approved or pending leave application. Submitting multiple requests for the same date can lead to unintended deductions from your leave balance.


Steps to Resolve the Issue

1. Check Your Existing Leave Applications

  • Open the EasyWork App and navigate to the Leave section.
  • Review the Pending or Approved leave applications to identify any existing requests for the same date.

2. Cancel the Existing Application

  • Locate the application in the Leave Pro section.
  • Select the request and Cancel to remove it entirely.
  • Once the application is cancelled, you can submit a new leave request if necessary.

3. Avoid Overlapping Requests

Ensure that you do not select dates already covered by an existing leave request. Double-check the leave calendar to prevent overlaps.
