1) Launch to EasyWork Hub --> Navigating to sidebar menu and search for "Settings" --> Click "Settings" and select sub-menu "Custom Form".
2) Click the "Pencil" icon.
3) To hide the form, please disabled the form visibility option. Remember to click "Submit" button to save the changes.
4) Launch to EasyWork app to check whether the form has been hidden. Yes,The form has been hidden. You can't submit the request form after form visibility has been turned off.
