Before we proceed to delete the custom form, you need to take note of 1 thing. That is, please make sure that you have exported the related custom form's CSV report from EasyWork Hub. After removing the custom form, no CSV report would be generated.
Steps of deleting a custom form
1) Launch to EasyWork Hub --> Navigating to sidebar menu and search for "Settings" --> Click "Settings" and select sub-menu "Custom Form"
2) To delete, click the "dustbin" icon.
3) Click "Yes" to confirm.
4) The form "Approval(Others" was deleted successfuly. It no longer appear on the custom form list & on app.
