Usage of leave boost type
There are three types of boost types for employee leaves. Below are the list of leave boost types and their explanation.
Boost by length of service
Boost by length of service gives employees extra leave days balance based on their length of service in the company. For example, in the above picture, employees who have worked in the company for 1 to 2 years can have an extra 1 day for leave on top of the leave’s original quota. Employees who have worked for 3 to 4 years can get an extra 4 days while employees who have worked for 5 years or more can get an extra 8 days.
Boost by group
Boost by group gives the employees who are in a certain group extra days of leave. For example, in the above picture, the employees in the G1 group will get an extra 1 day of leave if the G1 group is chosen for the boost by group.
Boost by individual
Boost by individual means that certain employees can have extra days of leave than other employees. For example, in the above picture, Anthony Cheah can have an extra 3 days of leave if the employee is chosen for the boost by individual.
