• EasyWork sends notification to relevant parties in most of the user actions. Example, leave applied, approved, event created, reward approved etc. 

  • When a notification is sent automatically, the recipient will receive a push notification in his/her phone and pull-down notification bar. If it doesn’t, users can check their device notification settings. 

  • Unread notification count will also be displayed in the user app screen. 

  • The notification count will also be displayed in the individual module in home screen. 

    • It indicates how many pending action items for that module

    • E.g. for claims, it shows how many pending claims not approved

  • When tap on individual notification in notification bar, it will open EasyWork apps and lead to specific screen for that notification. E.g. A new application pending for approval notification will open form approval screen for the approver to approve or reject it immediately. 

  • If the notification is missed or swiped away, user can also send all his/her past notification in apps notification screen. In home screen, tap on Bell icon on top right corner.




  • Orange denotes notification that haven’t been read yet. Once tap on it, it will be cleared.
